I stayed for 2 nights in a Twin Room with Extra Bed, and it was super comfy! The room was clean and had everything we needed, including a fridge and air conditioning that worked perfectly. The beds were really cozy, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The price was great for what we got. I just wish the bar hadn't run out of Coke, but it wasn't a big deal for us. Overall, definitely a solid stay!

Excellent stay near Auschwitz memorial
The location is ideal, just across from the Auschwitz memorial. The breakfast options were extensive and delicious, offering fresh pastries and local specialties. Clean and spacious rooms make for a comfortable stay.
However, parking was a bit confusing, with mixed information about the fees. The WiFi was frustratingly slow, making it hard to stay connected during our stay.

what a shocker! i expected to enjoy a luxury experience at the Imperiale, but i was awakened by noise from the loading dock and the breakfast cereals were only fit for children. i don’t understand how they expect me to stay in a room without proper blankets. they should really upgrade their guests instead!.

The culinary offerings were a delight! The breakfast buffet had fresh pastries that took breakfast to another level. The spacious rooms were a comfy haven after a day of exploring, and the staff’s warm assistance made everything better.
Though the quilt was a bit of a letdown, leaving me shivering with my feet sticking out, the clean room still had charm.
